HyOps is a cloud application that monitors alerts from vendor systems and creates a link to what would otherwise be non-integrable ticketing systems, simplifying the workflow. The status and health of various processes such as backups, batch jobs, security audits can be monitored and analyzed through HyOps.
The HyOps Dashboard is pivotal in achieving our goal; this is where the end user can review all the alerts from automated processes throughout the company. Based on this information, automated scripts are deployed to resolve any unsuccessful processes. If an automated fix is not available, then our application will open a ticket in a customer's ticketing system and be reviewed by a technician. This system was built to be agnostic, so it can integrate easily with any major ticketing system. HyOps also keeps track of alerts activity in the background by learning the regular schedules of alerts to report any note-worthy nuances.
